Hr2u Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the hr2u platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the hr2u platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the hr2u platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hr2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
The hr2u platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. hr2u reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access hr2u's full services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
The name registered on your hr2u account must match the name on the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Any mismatch may cause transactions to be held until verification is completed.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. hr2u will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.
All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own unless you have reported unauthorised access to hr2u before the activity took place. hr2u is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the hr2u platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Providing false information during registration
- Registering multiple accounts
- Using automated software or bots
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the system
- Abusing promotions or bonuses
- Using another person's account without authorisation
- Keeping account information up to date when changes occur
- Adhering to the set betting limits
- Using the platform for entertainment purposes only
- Reporting any technical issues promptly
- Ensuring that funds used are legitimate
- Respecting other users at the game table
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the hr2u platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). hr2u accepts local payment methods including FPX (internet banking transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local digital wallets listed under the Deposit section of the platform.
Successful deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances specifically provided for in hr2u's withdrawal policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
For withdrawals, the name on the bank account or eWallet must match the name registered on your hr2u account. hr2u reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals that fail identity verification checks. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Hr2u is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers when processing your transactions. Users are advised to review the terms of service of their own payment provider.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Hr2u is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses from betting activity, service disruptions due to maintenance or technical failures beyond our control, or any decisions made based on information found on this platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and hr2u makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times. hr2u reserves the right to temporarily suspend or pause services for maintenance without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hr2u platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, and layouts — is the exclusive property of hr2u or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Policy
Hr2u reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or attempting to manipulate the gaming system. In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting hr2u customer support. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed.
Third-Party Links
The hr2u platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. hr2u is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Hr2u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the hr2u platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Bahasa Malaysia is the official language applicable in the interpretation of these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
